Try before you pay

The preview is free. Before you pay it shows what will transfer, what will be rounded and what will be left out, so you can decide whether a conversion is worth it for your show.

When you get your money back

• The converted file does not open in the target console or in its offline editor.
• You were charged more than once for the same conversion.
• The download did not work and we cannot deliver the file to you.

Ask within 14 days of the purchase by writing to the contact address that will be published here before payments start with your order number and, if the file does not open, a screenshot of the error. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

What is not refunded

Differences that the preview and the report showed before you paid, such as rounded values, settings the target console does not have, or a sound that is not identical: consoles process audio differently, and Desklate carries over values, not sound.

Your statutory rights

The converted file is digital content delivered straight after payment. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
